We do not prepare food, set menu prices, or control restaurant operations.

3. Accounts

4. Orders and Payments

  • Restaurants are responsible for order preparation, accuracy, fulfillment, and delivery

Westfield Food Taxi is not responsible for restaurant errors, delays, cancellations, or food quality.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with Site security or functionality

  • Misrepresent information or impersonate others

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including logos, text, graphics, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Westfield Food Taxi and may not be used without permission.
